- Vyasa makes all of its jewelry on order; time from order to delivery is normally 27 days. Occasionally it may vary due to complexity which will be communicated in advance to customers.
- Vyasa provides free delivery on all items within India. Shipping time is 48-72 hours in Delhi/Mumbai/Kolkata for most In-stock items.
- All shipments will be only processed once the full payment is received.
- Vyasa will inform the customer once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.
- Vyasa offers gifting options on special orders. Please inform us while placing the order if that is the case.
- For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request an Identity proof of the person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to the specified person/s.
- All Vyasa Products would be insured during the transit.
- In any event, if your shipment is tampered or lost, you must report to Vyasa immediately.
- We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped from our end.
