Annual Maintenance 


At Vyasa, we offer our clients an annual complimentary cleaning to keep your jewelry fresh and new.

     NOTE: This service is not valid in the case of:  

  • A Third party jeweler has made any alterations to the product. 
  • Loss of proof of purchase/certification provided by Vyasa. 


Exchange and Buyback Policy 


  • Return Policy: 
    •
    • At Vyasa’s atelier each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by our Karigars. Our business model works on the “made to order” principle to minimize waste. While we try our best to replicate exactly what is shown on the website there may be slight differences in the size and dimensions of the final product resulting from factors beyond any of our control. 
    • In case of returns, a return can be initiated along with the solitaire/jewelry certificate at current prevailing value, please note that there will be deduction towards making and taxes. 
    • Returning all certification for your purchase is mandatory, a loss of these will result in deduction of the cost of certification. 
    • All shipping charges will be levied onto the customer incase of returns/exchange/buyback. 
    • Vyasa reserves the right to correct the valuation of the product based on its quality inspection. Any missing stone/damage to the product will be deducted from the final refund. 
    • Vyasa will not accept any product that shows any type of alteration made by a third party  jeweler. Any alteration of our product nullifies all benefits extended by us. 

  • Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade Policy

    • Vyasa offers a lifetime exchange and/or upgrade for any of our jewelry. 
    • Credit is given at the prevailing price of metal (100%) and diamond (90%) of the goods exchanged. Making charges and taxes are deducted. 
    • In the case of missing stones, certificates or damages to the product a proportional amount will be deducted from the exchange value. 

  • Buyback Policy

    • Vyasa offers a buyback policy. 
    • We offer 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate and 80% value of diamonds at prevailing market price. 
    • Any discount offered during purchase would be deducted along with making charges. 

  • 15 Day Money Back Policy 

    • The 15 day money back policy excludes all custom products. 
    • Returns are only accepted within 15 days from the date of shipping. (Maximum value INR 300000) 
    • Refund requires the original invoice, product certification and an unused, non-damaged product retaining the tag. 
    • Refund is confirmed once Vyasa’s quality assurance team has approved all the above. 
    • Once confirmed, all refunds shall be made via online bank transfers to the customers bank account within 2-3 weeks of confirmation of return. 
    • Vyasa holds the right to refuse any unreasonable or excessive returns. 

    CONDITIONS FOR RETURN: 

    • Unused and not tampered condition. 
    • No alterations to the product. 
    • No custom work. 
    • Tag on item
    • Original invoice
    • Original certification
    • Original packaging to be sent with return

    Vyasa reserves the right to modify these policies at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
